Can an employee on probation leave without notice?

Yes. During the probationary period, either party may terminate the contract without notice or compensation. After one week's work, an employer who terminates the contract must give notice: two days for an employee paid daily or weekly, eight days if paid monthly.

Who can see our documents?

Each organisation has an isolated workspace: no other client can see your documents. Communications are encrypted (HTTPS) and you can export your data at any time from Settings. Our commitments under Law 09-08 are detailed in the privacy policy.

Are our contracts used to train the AI?

No. The models run via Azure OpenAI, which does not use its customers’ data to train its models. Your contracts stay in your workspace.

What does the agent do if it cannot find the article?
